Just came back from another camp. first time to join one conducted by my home church. dapat sa YA (Young Adults) retreat ako sasama pero hinila (hinarass, kinaladkad at tinulak) ako sa pang-youth.
and im so thankful that i came.
for the first time in months, ang clear ng signal ko with God...kumbaga sa cellphone, fullbar talaga. instant connection with the HS. parang info overload pa sa Word. and the fire is raging until now. super-recharged ako! i pray that it lasts.
i thank him for the joy of service. kahit pinangarap ko nung una na maging simpleng camper lang, iba ang plano Niya. buti na lang.
i thank him for the gift of music. and for the wonderfully talented, "halimaw" people who share my passion for it.
i thank him for a discovered potential ...na sobrang aksidente lang nangyari. at kahit medyo intimidating siyang isipin na ministry, di na ako papalag, oo na po agad. at mukhang may bago na akong mentor...yey(yikes?)
i thank him for the 70+ young people who came...or should is say, "spiritual beings"? grabe. i can't imagine highschoolers praying that powerfully. nawa'y tuloy-tuloy na ang revival ng youth ng cosmo.
i thank him for the fellowship and the bonding and the half-a-dozen new adopted kids i have. hehe, tanggap ko na ang aking pagiging ate. at momy. pero hindi ang maging lola.
i thank him for the fall that went before my pride.
i thank him for the angels who came to my rescue, made me their first aid guinea pig, patched me up, fed me, made me laugh, nang-inggit sa swimming, and supported/hauled/carried all 50kgs of my wieght for a day. yep, its my third time to sprain my right foot in the past 3years.tsk
and i thank him for the new song of freedom:
a song of freedom is on my lips today, today
i sing about the one i love today, today
all i can see is your mercy
all i can feel is your grace
your love is so wonderful
and all the people sing that
our God reigns above all.
